  23. Prepare 1 tbsp Cumin seeds

  25. Take 4-5 Dry Red chillies

  2. Meanwhile make a semi thick batter for the Pakoras using all the ingredients mentioned. Drop small balls into hot Oil. Deep fry on a medium-high heat until done.
