Then make coarsely of tomatoes, garlic,ginger, green chillies in a blender or mixer,then in a big Kadai put Oil when heating put ginger garlic paste and then put tomatoes mixture,stir for few minutes, till tomatoes mixture is absorbed, put all Spices including salt and then put boiled Gobi and aloo cubes and then stirr nand cover the Kadai for five minutes till it's done
  3. Lastly granish with corrriander leaves and serve hot with chapati yummy it taste
