  5. Take maize flour in the vessel add salt, ajwain, red chilli and grated carrot or radish and add little warm water in it and make soft dough from it. Pinch some dough and roll it in round shapes with wet hands and roast both the sides adding little oil on sides.Likewise prepare rest of rotis.
