  2. Ab usame dahi, gud, lal mirch powder, dhanya jiru powder, garam masala, haldi, namak, harimirch+Lasun+Adarakh Pisa hua,til, ajwain, Achar ka rasa sab add karein.
  3. Katori me 2 table spoon oil aur pani le aur usame baking soda dale Ab usako garam karale aur atte me mix karein.
  4. Ab usame barik kati methi dho ke mix karein.
  5. Ab sara Atta achhe se mix karein garam pani se roti jesa Atta lagale.
  6. Chhote chhote loye banale.
  7. Ab hath pe ese chanki banale. Sari chankiya ese banale.
  8. Oil garam karein aur slow flame pe sari chankiya brown hone tak tale.
  9. Ese brown hone par oil se nikal le.
  10. Garama garam kurkuri BAJARI METHI CHANAKI tali huy hari Mirchi aur dahi ke sath parose.
