  14. If you find it very thick add 1 cup water after 1 boil off the flame. - Radga is ready

  16. Finely chop the coriander wash it nicely.
  17. Now take a mixer jar and put the ings and grind till you get a fine paste.
  18. Yummiilious chutney is ready.

  20. Give one boil to tamarind let it cool remove seed if there are.Grind and strain add sugar and boil it till you get a thick pulp..

  22. Take a oval shape serving plate, place 1 pattice, put sum ragda mutter over it, put 2 tbsp curd, 1 tbsp green chutne, 1 tbsp tamarind pulp, put sum onion, sprinkle red chilli powder, sprinkle chaat masala, put nylon sev all over, Ready to serve.
