- Firstly boil the potatoes and let them cool. - Now peel tha potatoes and put them in a mixing bowl.
- Now dip the bread slices in water and squeeze them to remove the excess water.

- Now pressure cooker it by giving 3_4 whistles.
- Now take a pan heat oil add besan and roast till you get the aroma.
- Now add the boiled mutter red chilli haldi powder and salt and cook for 5 mins on low flame.
- If you find it very thick add 1 cup water after 1 boil off the flame. - Radga is ready
- Process for green chutney
- Finely chop the coriander wash it nicely.
- Now take a mixer jar and put the ings and grind till you get a fine paste.
- Yummiilious chutney is ready.
- Process for tamarind pulp
- Give one boil to tamarind let it cool remove seed if there are.Grind and strain add sugar and boil it till you get a thick pulp..
- Now process how you should serve your ragda pattice
- Take a oval shape serving plate, place 1 pattice, put sum ragda mutter over it, put 2 tbsp curd, 1 tbsp green chutne, 1 tbsp tamarind pulp, put sum onion, sprinkle red chilli powder, sprinkle chaat masala, put nylon sev all over, Ready to serve.
