  7. For kadhi; meanwhile prepare besan mixture first,in a bowl add gramflour, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, Yoghurt,salt,water,mix them well, keep aside.
  8. Heat pan on medium flame,add ghee, Fenugreek seeds, cumin seeds,dry whole red chilli, mustard seeds, asafoetida,let it sputter.
  9. Now add the besan mixture,let it cook for 8-9 minutes or till it thicken in desired consistency,stir it continuously.
  10. Add pakoras and cook it for a minute in low flame.
  11. For tempering,take a small pan,add ghee, cumin seeds in medium flame,let it sputter,add red chilli powder.
  12. Immediately add the mix on the kadhi.
  13. Serve hot with steamed basmati rice, enjoy.
