Steps to make Chef's salad:
  1. Wash & season chicken breast, add salt, seasoning & black pepper, cook until soft then shred & allow to cool.
  2. Wash/clean and cut the lettuce
  3. Wash/clean remaining veggies and cut into vertical strips except for the carrot which is prefered grated.
  4. Meanwhile, boil egg and cut as desired.
  5. Lastly, plate all side by side and garnish with sliced onions and the boiled egg.
  6. Drizzle with any veniegrete of choice just before serving.
