  2. For mooli stuffing add oil in pan. When heated add rai, ginger paste, green chilli, heeng. When crackles add besan and off the flame. Stir continuously or besan will get burnt.Add grated mooli and add all the spices (red chilli and dhania powder and mix nicely… When nicely cooked add red chilli flakes, amchoor and garam masala. Garnish with green coriander.ur filling is ready.
