  5. Heat oil in a pan (optional onion).
  6. Add all chopped vegetables except spring onion, ginger garlic paste, chillies, 1/2 tbsp soya sauce, salt (only little as rice already as added salt) and stir until it cooks.
  7. Add the spring onion and stir.
  8. Add the rice mixture and stir.

The only tricky part, which really isn't so difficult, is to cook the eggs, vegetables and rice separately, and combine them all at the end. Push all of the cooked vegetables to the side of the pan. Beat the eggs and pour into the cleared half of the pan. Scramble the eggs and mix with the rest of the vegetables. Add peas, corn, rice, soy sauce, sesame oil, and pepper.
