  2. Get 40 grams Green onion or scallion

  2. Add the ground pork, mushrooms, onion, ginger, katakuriko, panko, salt and soy sauce into a bowl and blend together.
  3. Turn the mixture out onto a chopping board and shape into a large rectangle and cut into your desired size.
  4. Add a thin layer of vegetable oil (not listed) to a frying pan and put over the heat. Add the patties and cook on a high heat until browned. Turn them over, add 50 ml hot water to the pan and cover with a lid. Steam the patties on a high heat until the liquid has almost all evaporated and they have turned a nice brown colour.
