  6. Make ready 2 tbsp horseradish

  1. In medium bowl combine ground beef and ground pork. Set aside.
  2. Whisk eggs in a small bowl add horseradish and mix well.
  3. Open stuffing, add entire package to meat mixture. Mix well with hands (it's the best way to insure it is mixed) add in egg mixture, and 1/2 can golden mushroom soup, continue using your hands until mixed well.
  4. Form into a loaf and place in casserole dish or cast iron skillet. Pour remaining golden mushroom soup on top. Bake at 350 for 55 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven and cover the top with the entire can of beefy mushroom soup and bake for another 10 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes, slice and serve.
