  7. After 3 minutes, grab the pan handle and do your best to flip the okonomiyaki over.
  8. Flipping it puts the pork on the bottom. While the heat is low to medium heat, cover the pan with a lid and grill for 9 minutes.
  9. Now it's done! Just top it with okonomiyaki sauce, mayonnaise and bonito flakes and eat.
