- Take 1 Onion sliced
- Get 8-10 Red whole chilli
- Make ready 2 tbsp Zeera
- Make ready Karhi leaves 1 tbsp

Kadhi is a blend of yogurt and besan (gram flour) with besan pakoras. Kadhi is served with plain white rice. Kadhi pakora or Punjabi kadhi is the perfect vegetarian comfort food from North India. Vegetable fritters (pakoras) are coated in a chickpea flour mix and fried to golden-brown perfection.
Instructions to make Kadhi pakora:
- For kadhi mixture… Take besan, dahi and green chillies and blend In a blender.
- For kadhi gravy… In a pan heat oil add onion paste and cook it for a or 2 minute then add ginger garlic paste and cook it for 2 minutes now add turmeric and red chilli powder and 1 tbsp of water and mix it now add kadhi mixture to it and then 10-12 cups of water and cook it and after 7-8 minutes add salt to it and cook it until it becomes thick. Or cook on low flame for 30-35 minutes
- In a pan heat oil for frying pakora. In a bowl add besan, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric, coriander leaves, green chillies, onion, potatoes, coriander powder, soda, 2 tbsp oil and water and make a mixture
- For baghar(tarka)… Heat oil add sliced onion when onion becomes light golden add zeera, red whole chilli, kadhi leaves and mix
- Now in a kadhi gravy add pakora and cook for 5 mints or until pakora becomes soft now add baghar to it and kahi pakora is ready💕
