  1. For kadhi mixture… Take besan, dahi and green chillies and blend In a blender.
  2. For kadhi gravy… In a pan heat oil add onion paste and cook it for a or 2 minute then add ginger garlic paste and cook it for 2 minutes now add turmeric and red chilli powder and 1 tbsp of water and mix it now add kadhi mixture to it and then 10-12 cups of water and cook it and after 7-8 minutes add salt to it and cook it until it becomes thick. Or cook on low flame for 30-35 minutes
  3. In a pan heat oil for frying pakora. In a bowl add besan, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric, coriander leaves, green chillies, onion, potatoes, coriander powder, soda, 2 tbsp oil and water and make a mixture
  4. For baghar(tarka)… Heat oil add sliced onion when onion becomes light golden add zeera, red whole chilli, kadhi leaves and mix
  5. Now in a kadhi gravy add pakora and cook for 5 mints or until pakora becomes soft now add baghar to it and kahi pakora is ready💕
