  8. Ab is mein 3 cups pani dalen achi tarah mix karein aur boil anay tak pkayen.
  9. Ab isko dakan sy cover kar ke 1-1/2 hour tak slow flame par pkayen aur drmean mn chmcha hilaty rahen wqft wqfy sy.
  10. Tadka banay ke liye 1/4 cup oil daalen aur us mn piyaz shamil kar dain aur clr change honay tak pkayen.
  11. Ab lehsan daal kar fry karein.
  12. Ab zeera,curry pattay, aur sabut lal mirch daal kar achi trah mix aur fry karein.
  13. Pakory pehly he bana kar rakh lain. Pehly unko karhi mein daal kar dbo dain. Ab ooper sy yeh tarka daal dain aur green chillies aur hara daniya sy garnish kar lain.
