  15. Get 4 Cloves
  16. Prepare 2 Cardamom Green
  17. Get 2 Curry Leaves Stalks
  18. Get 1 Teaspoon Coriander Leaves Chopped

Steps to make Spicy Channa Curry:
  1. Soak the channa overnight (6 - 8 hours)
  2. Drain the water and mix the salt with the channa. Pressure cook it (4 - 6 Whistles)
  3. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan and saute onions and tomatoes for 5 - 6 minutes.
  4. Add ginger, garlic and grated coconut with onion mixture. Then grind it in a mixer till it turns into a paste.
  5. Heat the remaining 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan and add mustard seeds. After splattering, add Cinnamon, Cloves, Green Cardamom, Curry leaves and saute for a few seconds. Then add the Onion paste, pressure cooked channa, salt and water.
  6. When it gets thicker, add chopped coriander leaves. Serve it with Poori / Chapati.
