  5. When sooji is roasted keep medium flame and add hot milk, saffron, colour and cardamon powder, mix well
  6. Cook while stirring it at intervals, just before milk dries add few nuts and lower the flame (simmer), can add a tablespoon of ghee
  7. If it's dry can add milk and simmer till done
  8. When serving garnish with nuts
