  3. Get 6-7 Green chillies slit
  4. Prepare 1 tbsp Salt

  8. Take 1/4 cup Gram flour
  9. Prepare 2 Sprigs Curry Leaves

  12. Take 1 1/2 cups Gram Flour
  13. Take 1 tsp Salt
  14. Make ready 1 tsp Cumin powder
  15. Take 1 tsp Coriander powder
  16. Prepare I tsp Red chilli powder
  17. Take 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  18. Make ready 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  19. Prepare 1/4 cup Coriander leaves finely chopped
  20. Prepare 2 Onions thinly sliced
  21. Get 1 cup Water or as required
  22. Get FOR TEMPERING -
  23. Make ready 1 tbsp Cumin seeds
  24. Take 2 tbsp Oil
  25. Prepare 4-5 Dry Red chillies

Kadhi Pakora or Besan Ki Kadhi is one of the famous North Indian recipe, made with besan and dahi along with various spices and pakodas dipped in it. Dahi Kadhi recipe is a Hyderabadi style or hyderabadi version of making dahi ki kadhi which is made by using dahi/yogurt and mixing chick pea flour into it.

Mix Gram Flour with little water to make a slurry and add it to the cooking pot with Curd so that it is free of any lumps. After 15-20 minutes of cooking, when the raw smell fades away. It's almost done. The thickness depends on your choice altogether.
  2. Meanwhile make a semi thick batter for the Pakoras using all the ingredients mentioned. Drop small balls into hot Oil. Deep fry on a medium-high heat until done. Keep some aside and drop the others in the prepared Kadhi. Cover and let it soak before serving. Serve this comfort meal with Simple Boiled Rice. Enjoy!
