  2. Then bake the potato in a steamer and mash it with salt. Then fry it with onion in the pan and make it ready for stuffing the Tomatoes.
  3. Stuff the tomatoes. Next in a mixer grinder, add onion, tomato,ginger pieces, jeera, coconut and make it into smooth paste.
  4. In a pan add cooking oil, add the smooth paste and cook for 5 minutes. Then keep the stuffed tomatoes on the gravy on the pan and close the pan and allow to cook for 10 minutes.
  5. Add coriander leaves on the top. Stuffed Tomato gravy is ready to taste.
