Grind tomato,onion,green chilly,ginger and garlic to make a fine paste. Add the onion tomato paste into the same pan that we have fried the chicken. When it starts get thick,add curry leaves and coriander leaves.

  2. Heat oil in a wok, add bay leaf next add in onions add saute till they get soft,now add Red chilli powder (add chilli powder at this stage to get nice red colour to gravy)
  3. Add in ginger garlic paste & saute well to get rid of raw smell
  4. Add chopped tomatoes, mix well cook for few minutes
  5. Next add marinated chicken & roast them well for few minutes
  6. Add coriander powder, water cover and cook chicken till chicken gets tender
  7. Add garam masala and coriander leaves cook for 2 minutes
  8. Switch off the flame
  9. Serve hot with rice or rotis
  10. Can adjust spice as per ur taste
