  2. Heat oil in a cooker add hing and jeera when crackle add onion paste and saute it.
  3. After saute add ginger garlic paste and saute for 2 minutes.
  4. Now add tomato puree and salt and saute till leave the oil.
  5. After that add dry spices except garam masala and roast it,
  6. Add cut potatoes and water,cover the lid take 2-3 whistles.
  7. Now remove the lid add garam masala and chopped green coriander mix well.
