  13. Set aside and let cool a little ( note you can make this mixture the night before and then fill the samboosa leaves the next day)

  21. You can bake it if you do not want to fry it just rub sides with olive oil and bake in oven on 350 Celsius until golden brown
  22. Remove and serve
