  1. Marinate the paneer with turmeric powder and salt. Keep aside for few minutes. Heat oil in Kadai. Fry paneer till it becomes light brown in colour. After frying dip in cold water with salt. So that the paneer will become soft. After 5 minutes take out from the water and keep in a plate.
  2. For gravy. Make tomato puree.Blend ginger,garlic, onion and green chilli paste. Keep aside.
  3. Heat oil in a Kadai. Fry half chopped onion. Till it becomes light brown in colour. Add masala paste and tomato puree. Fry for a few minutes. Add salt. Mix…. Add sufficient water. Cook till the paneer become tender and gravy.
  4. Once it is cooked. Transfer to a beautiful serving bowl. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves. Ready to serve with hot……steam rice and garlic nan
