  4. Heat some ghee in the pan add cumin seeds and all whole spices.fry and then mix ground paste., garam masala, coriander powder chilli powder and fry till it begins to leave oil.
  5. Then add some vegetables stock.Bring a boil.Now add boiled vegetables. Add salt and cover with lid for 3-4 minutes.
  6. Heat 2 tsp ghee in pan.roast some cashews, paneer and raisins till light brown.Take out in a plate.In same pan add chopped onion,ginger, garlic,green chillies and 7-8 cashews.Saute well.
  7. Add fried paneer and nuts(If you desire can add kewara essence or kasuri methi. Switch off the flame.
  8. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.and fried cashews.
