Kadhi is a blend of yogurt and besan (gram flour) with besan pakoras. Kadhi is served with plain white rice. Kadhi pakora or Punjabi kadhi is the perfect vegetarian comfort food from North India. Vegetable fritters (pakoras) are coated in a chickpea flour mix and fried to golden-brown perfection.

  2. Take a kadai heat oil, add mustard seed, jeers, dried chilli, coriander seeds methi.
  3. Add chopped onion & ginger garlic paste. Then it's looks brown add salt, turmeric powder,chilli powder. after add besan curd paste. mix for 15 mins. After some time mixture will start to thickness. Add garam masala and coriander leaves.
  4. Finally add pakora and serve your Kadhi.
