For Gravy: heat the oil in flat saucepan over medium heat, pan should be large enough to hold all the tomatoes in single layer, can not overlap the tomatoes.   6. In the same pan add butter and Cummin seeds let them crackle. Then add tomato paste in it. Saute it for a min then add all the spices (turmeric, red chilli, coriander powder and salt) and again saute it for 5-7 min.
  7. Then add 1/4 cup of water cover with a lid and let it simmer for 5 min. Then add grated mawa, kasori methi in the gravy and place the tomatoes in it. Switch off the flame and keep it covered for 2 min. And it is ready to serve. Serve hot with paratha or naan…😋
