Stuff the tomatoes with filling, don't over fill them. For Gravy: heat the oil in flat saucepan over medium heat, pan should be large enough to hold all the tomatoes in single layer, can not overlap the tomatoes.   1. Heat a pan with oil in it, than add onion, tomatoes and cashews. Cook it for 7-8 min till they become soft. Now let them cool down to room temperature.

  3. Grate the Mawa. Leave some for gravy (2-3 tbsp). Mix raisin and salt in it.

  5. Heat some oil in a frying pan place the tomatoes in it and cook them for 3-5 min. Don't overcook it. Take them out and keep aside.
  6. In the same pan add butter and Cummin seeds let them crackle. Then add tomato paste in it. Saute it for a min then add all the spices (turmeric, red chilli, coriander powder and salt) and again saute it for 5-7 min.
  7. Then add 1/4 cup of water cover with a lid and let it simmer for 5 min. Then add grated mawa, kasori methi in the gravy and place the tomatoes in it. Switch off the flame and keep it covered for 2 min. And it is ready to serve. Serve hot with paratha or naan…😋
