Channa Masala/Gravy is my all time fav with rotis/pooris or even with idly or doas. I dont have any fuss with black or white channa luv both but hubby likes only black for gravies….   2. Heat oil. Add mustard seeds. when it splutters add onion, ginger garlic paste and then tomato
  3. Add chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala
  4. Add cooked Channa along with Water. Add the ground paste. Let it boil for few mins. Add required salt.
