Steps to make Mushroom gravy:
  1. Blend tomato and cashew nuts into fine paste.keep aside.
  2. Heat a pan, Once it heated add 1tbsp of oil. Roast 🍄 mushroom (after sometime it will srink) keep aside.
  3. Heat a same pan, add 3tbsp of oil add funnel seeds, cinnamon, cardamom roast in oil (don't burn it).
  4. Add finely chopped onion saute upto it gets soft. Now, add (step 1)paste. Mix well.
  5. Add chilli powder, turmeric powder, garammasala mix well. Now add (step 2) mushroom. Mix well and cover with lid. Leave it for 5min
  6. Don't pour water because in mushroom have water content so, in mushroom release water. After some time if you need water you can add it.
  7. Finely add some coriender leaves.
  8. Ready to eat!
