  1. एक बाउल ले उसमे दही को फैंट ले नमक, लालमिर्च,हल्दी मिक्स कर ले बेसन डालकर मिक्स करें पानी डाल लें।
  2. कुकर में तेल गरम कर हींग भुने।सभी सूखे मसाले डाले भुने फिर अदरक,लहसुन और प्याज़ डालकर भुने हरि मिर्च भी डाल दे। फिर बेसन वाला घोल डालकर मिक्स करें।एक उबाल आने पर गैस धीमी कर आधा घटा पकाये।
  3. एक मिक्सिंग बाउल में प्याज़ ओर सभी मसाले डालकर बेसन मिक्स करें।
  4. करहि में तेल गरम कर पकोड़े बना ले ।पकोड़े कढ़ी में डाले मिक्स करें।अचार का मसाला मिक्स करें।इससे कढ़ी का टेस्ट बहुत अच्छा आएगा।
