  7. And then let it cook on low to medium flame without the whistle(weight). When it gets cooked, turn off the gas. Let it rest in the cooker itself for 5 minutes.
  8. Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot with any raita of your choice, or plain curd, salad, pickle and papad or some fryums as I have done here.
