  6. Pre-heat the oven. Gas 4/160c
  7. Using a third of the meat cover the bottom of the dish. Cover the meat with lasagne sheets. Cover the sheets with a third of the white sauce.
  8. Repeat twice more until all the meat and white sauce has been used.
  9. Sprinkle with Parmesan. Place in the oven and cook for 40-45 minutes.
  10. Enjoy hot or as we did allow to cool and portion up to use later. This will make 6 large portions, as per image, or 8 medium.

There's served in individual portions and are great for freezing too. This is one of my favorite recipes! Also known as Taco Lasagna or Mexican Casserole, this dish is layered with corn tortillas, ground beef, green chiles, beans, salsa, and cheese. A huge hit with a crowd! Gently heat the oil in a large frying pan with a lid.
