This is a North Indian style recipe with just perfect blend of. I get Okra from the Indian store and they seem to always have a lot in stock. Get green and young okra and try it in one.   3. Then add all spices one by one.
  4. Cook till turns crispy..cook it uncovered if u want nonsticky flavour.
  5. In last add dry mango powder.mix well and switch off the gas. If u want some more tangyness than add some drops of lemon juice
