- Turn the fourths on side and remove. Some of the rind so they will sit flat.
- With a knife cut slits in melon make sure you dont cut through rind (this makes it eaiser to eat)
- Now cut the lime and squeeze juice over melon, add mint (optional) and add the sorbet. (I used lemon and mango here)
- Top with sunflower kernels and enjoy!
