  3. In Kadhai add sugar powder and 1/4cup of water..
  4. On medium flame.. STIRRING CONTINUOUSLY add, saffron paste also to make 1 string Sugar Syrup.
  5. Off the flame as Syrup is made..add smooth Kaju powder.
  6. Mix well to make smooth mixture.
  7. Cool this Prepared Kesar Kaju mixture..for 10mins.Put this mixture..in non -plastic bag as shown
  8. With both hands..knead this mixture for few minutes to make soft smooth dough.Kaju mixture will release ghee..
  9. Place this kneaded Kesar Kaju mixture on Butter paper..
  10. Cover with non -plastic bag sheet(that you used to make dough..cut two sides to make sheet).Roll into 1/4"thickness Rotla with rolling pin.
  11. Cool for 10-15minutes.. before cutting into Daimond shape Kesar Kaju Katli as shown with sharp knife.
  12. Make Kesar Kaju rolls from same MIXTURE..(using side pieces of cut Kesar Kaju Katli.
  13. RELISH & Serve this All Time Favourite Traditional Sweet.(less than 5ingredients used)
