Instructions to make Veg Ragi idli and uttapam:
  1. In a mixing bowl take ragi flour and suji. Add curd and mix it. Add required water and mix well. Cover with lid and rest for 15 minutes. Mix again and add water if required. Add all veges, salt and black pepper powder. Mix well. Batter is ready.
  2. Add fruit salt, add 1 teaspoon water on it and rotate in one direction. Pour batter into greased idli mould and steam for 12-15 minutes. Idli is ready.
  3. With same batter you can prepare uttapam also. Heat nonstick tawa. Apply some oil. Pour big spoonful of batter and spread it. Apply oil on edges. Cover with lid. After 2 minutes remove lid and flip other side. Cook this side too. Uttapam is ready.
  4. Serve idli and uttapam with coconut chutney.
