Steps to make Creamy Potato Salad:
  1. Peel potatoes and place in a large pot, bring them to boil on medium high 20 to 25 minutes, test with fork to see if soft.
  2. In small sauce pan place eggs in hot water from sink then bring to boil for 6 to 7 minutes, set to side and cool.
  3. In a large mixing bowl place all other ingredients in bowl.
  4. Pour off water from potatoes and add with eggs in large mixing bowl with all ingredients. Blend with a mixer until creamy.
  5. Add paprika before serving. Enjoy.

Gently mash the yolks with a fork then mix in the mayonnaise, mustard, pickle juice, cream, sugar & spices. Whisk until creamy then pour over potato mixture. Gently stir until the potatoes are coated with the mayo mixture. The "perfect" potato salad for us had tender chunks of potatoes, plenty of sweet pickle relish, lots of hard-boiled eggs, and an ultra-creamy mayo-based dressing.
