  1. In a bowl take semolina and curd and mix well. Keep it for 30 min. After 30 min beat it well. Now in a pan take 1 tbsp oil and add mustard seeds and curry leaves. Add this tadka to batter. Now add salt and black pepper powder to it.
  2. Now cut all veggies in small size. Add soda to the batter. Now heat a tawa and grease it well. Take small amount of batter and spread in a small disc. Top it with chopped onion and tomato. Repeat it and now top it with capsicum and corns topping. Again make disc and top it with carrot, onion and paneer cubes. Dizzle some oil around the uttapams. Cover with a lid.
  3. Cook it for 2 min and now flip it. Cook it from both sides. Yummy uttapams are ready to serve.
