  2. Now mix all vegetables in a bowl….and check batter consistency…it should be dosa batter consistency.
  3. Once the pan is hot,Make small Uthappams and generously add Ghee….and put batter over pan.
  4. On top of batter add mix vegetables and flip it down….slighlty roast..our uttapam is ready to eat.
  5. Serve mini uttapam with green chutney/coconut chutney or sauce.
