  4. Heat a non-stick tawa,don't apply oil on tawa,when tawa is hot reduce flame and wipe tawa with wet napkin.Now pour one ladle of batter.Put some chopped onion,tomato and capsicum. Cover and cook on low flame.
  5. Once it dries from above,brush oil on top m on sides and flip Uttapam and cook on other side for few minutes.
  6. Press little after flipping Uttapam. Flip again and your Uttapam is ready.Serve with coconut chutney or ketchup.
