  19. Get 1 tbsp Coriander powder
  20. Make ready leaves Coriander
  21. Prepare as required Oil
  22. Take For gujarati dal
  23. Get 1/2 cup dal
  24. Make ready 1 tomatoes
  25. Prepare pinch Asafoetida
  26. Prepare 1 tbsp Rai
  27. Take 1 tbsp Cumin seeds
  28. Get 1 tbsp jaggerry
  29. Make ready 1 tbsp Peanuts
  30. Make ready 1 tbsp kokum
  31. Prepare leaves Curry
  32. Make ready 2 Whole Kashmir red chilli

The popular dish in the Gujarati thali at this place are the bengan theplas, farsan and daal. All of the dishes are prepared fresh and you'll get a lip-smacking Gujarati taste with your food items. The typical Gujarati Thali consists of Rotli, Dal or Kadhi, Rice, and Shaak/Sabzi (a dish made up of different combinations of vegetables and spices, which may be spicy or sweet).

Instructions to make Gujarati thali:
  1. Take a pressure cooker add ghee heat it then add daliya
  2. Saute daliya till it becomes golden brown now add mixed dry fruits
  3. Take a pan boil the water
  4. Add this boiling water to daliyain cooker slowly, slowly now add sugar mix it well
  5. Pressure cook for 4 whistle
  6. Take out the lapsi garnish with dry fruits and ghee
  7. To make banana sabji
  8. Take a pan add oil not too much add rai, cumin seeds, whole coriander seeds, Kashmiri red chili, saunf, Asfoiteda
  9. Then add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt and add banana pieces stir fry only
  10. Then add coriander leaves several it hot
  11. For gujrati dal
  12. First soak dal for1/2 hrs then pressure cook for 3 whistle
  13. In dal add regular spices and jaggerry and peanuts
  14. Now take a pan add ghee then curry leaves, asfoiteda, Rai, cumin seeds, whole red chilli, saute them well
  15. Now add chopped tomatoes and salt
  16. Saute them well at last add dal and water, add water in slightly high amount boil the dal for at least 10 min
  17. Add coriander at last
