  21. Prepare 1 tsp kasoori methi

  23. Get 1 tsp ginger paste
  24. Take 1/2 cup tomato & coconut puree
  25. Take 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  26. Take 2 tbsp oil

  1. Heat a pan add ghee put carrot,cauliflower,beans and potato little fry all.
  2. Now add milk,& green peas &salt mix it well.
  3. Whenever it's cook nicely add apple, grape, cashew nut,2 tbsp curd mix well &cover it.
  4. After 5 mints add cream mix it well on high flame.Than add blackpepper mix it well.Off the flame.Navratan curry is ready.
  5. Heat a pan add oil put whole garam masala,sauted,than add ginger paste & redchillipowder cooked nicely,add little water.
  6. Add turmeric powder,& cuminpowder cooked nicely.
  7. Add tomato &coconut paste,greenchilli&corriender leaves cooked nicely.
  8. Add paneer & cooked 5 mints.
  9. Add curd mix it well,cooked 2 mints.
  10. Ready the paneer kallhapuri.
