  4. Now make a mixture of masala. Jaggery crushed peanuts cumin coriander powder chilli powder turmeric powder add in a dal. Add 1/2 glass water and cook on medium slow flame.
  5. For tadka:-Heat ghee fenugreek seeds mustard seeds dry red chilli asafoetida pour in a dal.Lastly add tamarind pulp mix well. Cover lid and simmer for 15-20 mins. Serve with rice.I loved dal with Kamod rice combination is good and enhances taste
