  5. Mix it well add salt. Add soaked Rice.
  6. Add water. And get it boil. Now close the lid and make 2 whistle. Pulav is done.
  7. For Raita: take a mixing bowl add urd,salt, sugar, black salt and mix it well. Add fruits and mix it again. Put into refrigerator. Serve chill
