  2. Now in a pan, heat up some oil. Once hot add boiled and smashed potatoes, and the prepared spice mix. You can add the spice mix as the taste you like. Add salt if needed. And add 2 tbsp tamarind chutney. Mix well.
  3. Transfer the mixture on a plate and spread it so that it cool down.
  4. Add spicy masala peanuts, pomegranates, onions, coconut and coriander leaves.
  5. Take a bun, make a slit. Apply tamarind chutney and garlic chutney. Fill it with prepared potato mixture. Roll it in sev.
  6. You can even roast the buns in oil or butter if you like. Serve this spicy and tasty dabeli for snacks or you can even have it for dinner like me.
