  4. Once little bubbles are formed on the roti, flip it. Keep pressing and rotating the roti on the kadhai.
  5. Cook till it becomes golden brown a bit. Similarly make the other one.
  6. In a mixing bowl take butter, red chilli powder, chaat masala and cumin seeds powder. Mix them well.
  7. Apply the prepared mixture with a brush properly. Sprinkle coriander leaves and serve it.
