  5. So 3 balls of 2 layered Roti is ready from 6 small balls. Same way get other balls ready. Take one flatten stick ball on flat surface. Sprinkle dry flour and roll it with light hand.
  6. Heat up the tava on low flame. Place roti on heated tava. Half cook flip it. Now take cloth pad and just press it on roti. Press it everywhere on roti. Don't press hard. With soft hand.
  7. Flip the roti and cook it by pressing it. See how the layer r getting separate. Same way make all rotis.
  8. Apply ghee on inner part of rotis. Served with Aamras and any sabji.
