  3. Heat a tawa on high flame and slow down flame.
  4. Make a thick chapati of one ball. Place this chapati on tawa and cook for a couple of minutes. Flip the chapati and pinch on cooked sides in circular direction so we get a design of rose. If you are not able to pinch hot chapati you can use tong to make this design.
  5. When we create design on upper part lower part is already cooked. Drizzle some ghee on designed part and flip it again drizzle ghee and cook for a couple of minutes.
  6. Serve this gumethi roti with ghee and gud (jaggery), in summer's you can use sugar boora instead of jaggery. Serve hot.
