  1. Prepare 1/4 cup each chanadal (bengal gram),green moong dal, black gram daal
  2. Make ready 2 medium tomatoes, green chillies
  3. Take 1 tbsp grated Ginger
  4. Get 1 tsp each haldi (turmeric) salt

  6. Make ready 200 gms jowar ka atta (optional rice ka aata)

  8. Make ready 2 each chopped Onions, green chillies
  9. Take as needed coriander Leaves,green garlic chopped
  10. Take 1 boiled potato grated
  11. Make ready 1 tsp each haldi (turmeric powder), Red chilli powder

  13. Take 2/3 spoons oil
  14. Take Tadkaa- few cloves garlic

This meal consists of a super healthy tridali dal made using three different dals, a gluten free jowar roti, a fresh cucumber carrot salad, a bowl of dahi and some spicy raw mango achaar.   2. Fr Dodaa; mix all Masala (chopped onions, little tomato, green chillies, coriander leaves, green garlic leaves,haldi, redchilli powder salt) with atta (jowar ka atta) with 2/3tspoon oils in dough, make shape and put in tava,,by putting oil/ ghee,over
  3. Lastly serve hot with Dal and chopped onions and raitha/ curd
