  4. Rest the dough for 20 minutes after kneading.
  5. Make balls out of the dough.
  6. Roll parathas from the dough.
  7. Brush ghee/oil in pan. Fry the paratha.
  8. Serve with curd or curry of your choice.

Although Missi Rotis get their unique flavour from besan, the dough is almost always made with a combination of flours and the addition of soya flour does not harm the original taste in any way.
