  6. Heat Tawa and put clarified butter on it.When clarified butter gets hot enough for cooking roti then place roti on Tawa.Cook both sides of the roti well.When you see golden spots on roti,at that time remove roti from Tawa.
  7. Meethi roti is ready but roti is missing it's garnishing:)So let's garnish it with raisin,sliced almonds and pistachios,crushed coconut and coconut chunks.
